At REHAB, numerous products and services will be presented that demonstrate new possibilities for equal participation and a self-determined life. The inclusive sports complex offers people with and without disabilities a broad sports program to get to know, try out and participate in. Information on various sports and clubs will be available at individual stands and in the arena: Biathlon for all, wheelchair basketball and sitting volleyball are just a few examples from the past. In previous years, Esther Weber, Olympic champion in wheelchair fencing, Tina Pesendorfer, professional wheelchair tennis player, and the Durlach Tornados, winners of the Special Olympics national games, have introduced visitors to their sport at REHAB.

Exhibition and advertising options CON.THERA 2025

The REHAB trade fair will be accompanied for the third time by the Interdisciplinary Conference for Therapists CON.THERA, focussing on the topic of neurorehabilitation. In order to promote the integration of the professional groups involved in therapeutic care both self-employed and employed physiotherapists, occupational therapists, sports therapists and speech therapists received interdisciplinary training at the conference.

Driving on the inside of the exhibition grounds / Deposit regulations

Driving on the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling as well as during the event (without a permanent parking permit in the inner grounds) is only permitted on payment of a cash deposit. The amount will be forfeited if the specified loading time is exceeded. Vehicles must be unloaded as quickly as possible and removed from the exhibition grounds immediately. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. Please note: On the last day of the fair, vehicles are only permitted to enter the inner grounds until two hours before the end of the fair. Entry for dismantling is possible from approx. 30 minutes after the end of the trade fair. We kindly ask you to take this into account in your planning!

Stand construction permit

All exhibition stands over 2.50 m in height, special structures and special constructions, mobile stands, vehicles and containers in the halls, the use of balloons/ flying objects and drones, the use of a stand sound system/laser system and the installation of kitchen/cooking areas and fireplaces are subject to approval.

Please submit an application for a stand construction permit via the exhibitor's customer account in our Online Service Center no later than 6 weeks before the start of construction. To do this, please book the "Application for stand construction permit" and upload the required documents in the Online Service Center. The exhibitor will receive the access data for this together with the stand confirmation.

If the application is submitted after this deadline, an administrative fee of 100.00€ will be charged!

The following documents are mandatory for the stand construction permit:

Dimensioned stand plans (length, width, construction height) with floor plans, views, sections

Valid test certificates for at least low flammability according to DIN 4102/EN 13501-1

Static calculations, if applicable

Warning to our exhibitors!

International Fairs Directory, EXPO GUIDE, Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV

We would like to draw your attention to untrustworthy exhibitor directory offers:

A Mexican company called "EXPO GUIDE, S.C." has contacted several exhibitors of Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre and asked them to update their entries on Expo Guide, a database for trade fairs and exhibitors. This company as well as a company called International Fairs Directory are currently aggressively expanding their presences on the German market. We would like to emphasise once again that none of the aforementioned companies has any cooperation whatsoever with the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre. The entries on the Expo Guide site (www.expo-guide.com) and the International Fairs Directory (https://www.inter-fairs.com) are not related to any of our trade fairs.

Unsuspecting exhibitors are contracted to a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost you a 1.181 € per year, with no foreseeable benefits.

If you receive any those letters, throw them away. If you mistakenly signed a contract, please follow the advice of the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry.
