Our tip for you: Successful trade fair appearances require careful planning! Therefore, invite your customers to the trade fair early on. As of March 2023, vouchers for trade fair tickets for your customers will be available in different variants.

If the parcel service provider does not meet any personnel at the stand, the shipment will be accepted on your behalf under the following conditions and deposited at the Messe Karlsruhe postal warehouse for you to pick up:

  • Assignment by exhibitor name and hall/booth number is possible.
  • The package/mail item shows no signs of damage.
  • The following contents are excluded: Cash, jewelry, watches, furs, cell phones, digital cameras.
  • The exhibitor signs the handover bill upon collection.

Messe Karlsruhe assumes no liability for parcel and postal deliveries.

Logistics:

Our contractual partner Simon Hegele will be happy to assist you with deliveries of pallets, temporary storage, unloading assistance, etc. To order, please use the "Logistics" form or contact the forwarding agent directly.

Driving on the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling as well as during the event (without a permanent parking permit in the inner grounds) is only permitted on payment of a cash deposit. The amount will be forfeited if the specified loading time is exceeded. Vehicles must be unloaded as quickly as possible and removed from the exhibition grounds immediately. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. Please note: On the last day of the fair, vehicles are only permitted to enter the inner grounds until two hours before the end of the fair. Entry for dismantling is possible from approx. 30 minutes after the end of the trade fair. We kindly ask you to take this into account in your planning!

All exhibition stands over 2.50 m in height, special structures and special constructions, mobile stands, vehicles and containers in the halls, the use of balloons/ flying objects and drones, the use of a stand sound system/laser system and the installation of kitchen/cooking areas and fireplaces are subject to approval.

Please submit an application for a stand construction permit via the exhibitor's customer account in our Online Service Center no later than 6 weeks before the start of construction. To do this, please book the "Application for stand construction permit" and upload the required documents in the Online Service Center. The exhibitor will receive the access data for this together with the stand confirmation.

If the application is submitted after this deadline, an administrative fee of 100.00€ will be charged!

The following documents are mandatory for the stand construction permit:

Dimensioned stand plans (length, width, construction height) with floor plans, views, sections

valid test certificates for at least low flammability according to DIN 4102/EN 13501-1

The Conditions of Participation and the Technical Guidelines of Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH apply.

REHAB is assessed by FKM

FKM, the Society for the Voluntary Control of Fair and Exhibition Statistics, was founded in 1965. It made the comparability and reliability of trade-fair statistics one of its basic principles right from the start.

The FKM developed standardised rules for the collection of exhibitor, space and visitor statistics as well as for visitor profiles. Compliance with the rules are monitored by a professional auditor. After all, proper planning for exhibitors and visitors is only possible if they can be certain that existing data has been collected over time and in comparison with other trade fairs according to standard definitions.

Each year almost 70 organizers of some 300 trade fairs and exhibitions are subject to audits by FKM. REHAB is also assessed by FKM.
